The Heart Breath Meditation, when practiced consistently, opens the channel to access our brilliant genius SOUL PURPOSE, complete with all codes and information for our clarity and guidance and next steps. Heart Breath Meditation
The basis of all teachings offered by Alaya Love is meditation. Meditation is the key to gaining dominion over the mind, and thus stepping into an empowered state of consciousness. The Heart Breath Meditation is a simple yet powerful tool to connect to our own source within.
Ho'o'ponopono
The traditional, authentic Ho’o’ponopono is a potent tool for transformation working with twelve generations back as well as this current lifetime, literally changing our vibrational frequency to transform the DNA. The result being EMPOWERMENT. The word Ho’o’ponopono means “to set things right” and that is exactly what we do in our own DNA when we clear the wounding of the past.
Ho'o'ponopono is NOT about forgiveness (it is also NOT four phrases). It is about experientially accepting responsibility as CREATOR of our reality through what lies in the unconscious, subconscious & conscious MIND. In this potent ceremony, we are able to "set things RIGHT" by experientially changing our frequency and finding the places within our CELLS that are in separation from the TRUTH that we are indeed made in the likeness and image of pure and perfect light and pure and perfect love, and in that there is NO power greater than the love that we are in essence...but me must learn how to access that. This is a potent and experiential vibratory experience of transformation.
There was a time when this ceremony was considered the most sacred of ceremonies of the Kahunas and after many years of abuse, the Kahunas pulled back their sacred teachings. Makua asked Alaya to bring forth these teachings for people to have access to this potent medicine so that they may transform their lives and become free.
